I too, like many, have been waiting almost nine months now. This is a scam and some British regulatory body should look into it. These guys are middle men. They make nothing except money. The kit is designed, fabricated, packaged in and shipped from China. The price you pay is tree time their cost. They order kits in small quantities so the money stays in their bank account longer. They do not carry an inventory so ordering parts for repairs is impossible. those come from China withe same delays and automated excuses. They are very creative at finding excuses. For me, they delayed shipping one month because of strike at the Montreal port. The strike lasted one day. But the ship coming from Chine arrived in Vancouver, at the other end of the country, where there was no strike. They are lying to us. In the US they would have been sued long time ago.
